  • Not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Respect all intellectual property displayed on the site.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • All information provided (address, contact details, etc.) is correct.

3.2 Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.
  • We use secure third-party payment providers for online payments.
  • We do not store your payment card details.

3.3 Order Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped within the specified timeframes provided on the website.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays.

4.2 Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • A new courier fee will apply for re-delivery.
    Please double-check your details before placing an order.

4.3 Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept it from the courier.
    Once returned to us, we will replace the item depending on availability.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Return & Refund policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Below is a summary:

5.1 Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Products

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damage or incorrect product.
  • Valid returns will be replaced within 5 working days after verification.

5.2 General Returns (Unwanted Items)

You may return an item within 7 days, provided that:

  • The product is unused and unopened.
  • It is in its original packaging with all components included.
  • You include a copy of the order/invoice.

Note:

  • Return courier fees are your responsibility unless we sent the wrong product.
  • Refunds exclude original courier charges.
  • Refunds may take up to 5 working days to reflect.

5.3 Opened Products

If the product has been opened:

  • A 20% handling fee will be applied if returned and approved.
  • Courier fees (both ways) will be deducted from the refund.

5.4 Exchanges

  • Unopened items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • All courier fees (return + re-delivery) are for the customer’s account.

5.5 Changing or Cancelling Orders

  • Orders may be changed before shipping.
  • After dispatch, cancellations or changes require return of the item at your cost.
  • Store credit will be issued, minus courier fees.

6. Product Information & Availability

  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products.
  • Colours, packaging, or scent variations may occur depending on suppliers.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have paid:

  • You will be offered a replacement or a refund.

7. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR).
  • Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
  • Courier fees are calculated at checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adar & Luban is not liable for:

  • Loss or delay caused by couriers.
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrances.
  • Misuse of products after delivery.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the value of the order placed.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, text, logos, and designs—is the property of Adar & Luban.
Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
